Summary:

We are always on the lookout for positive and enthusiastic people to join us as a Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

  • Greets all customers who enter the shop with enthusiasm
  • Acquire any revenant customer and vehicle information
  • Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Determines and recommends required maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
  • Prepares a full estimate of cost based on labor/parts
  • Establishes a timescale for completion with the customer
  • Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
  • Ensure that final invoice matches up with work performed on the repair order
  • Explains all completed work and charges to customers
  • All other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Strong working knowledge of the automotive sales industry including luxury vehicles
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and technical concepts
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent sales, negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with relevant computers, technology, and software
